By using NORMA ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
You must be at least 18 years old to use NORMA. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
NORMA is a sports information and alert tool. NORMA does not provide gambling advice, betting recommendations, or financial guidance. All game data, odds, scores, and alerts are provided for informational purposes only.
NORMA does not facilitate, process, or broker any wagers or bets. The app allows you to manually track your own wagers for personal record-keeping. NORMA is not a sportsbook, betting exchange, or gambling operator.
NORMA is not responsible for any financial losses resulting from wagers you place with third-party sportsbooks or prediction markets. You are solely responsible for your betting decisions. Game data and odds may be delayed, inaccurate, or incomplete — do not rely on NORMA data for placing wagers.
NORMA integrates with third-party services (ESPN, SportsDataIO, Sportradar, sportsbooks, streaming services, prediction markets). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or terms of these services. Your use of linked third-party apps is governed by their respective terms.
You may delete your account at any time from the Profile tab. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
NORMA is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that game data will be accurate or timely.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NORMA and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to financial losses from betting activities.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
